Azeri Ministry of Transport will prosecute persons that illegally raise public motor transport fares, reportedly said Ziya Mammadov, Minister of Transport.
Ministry of Transport is taking serious measures to prevent violations and keep the entire process under control. В"Nobody is authorized to raise fares but the Tariff CouncilВ", - Minister said.
Minister said also Transport department of Baku city is responsible for fighting fares rise. As a countermeasure, it is suggested to seize license plates and driving licenses.
