Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. К.Zarbaliyeva / The meeting of the Task Group dedicated to the results of the year was held in Azerbaijan. The Task Group united NGOs representatives engaged in protection of human rights.
The recent amnesty act issued by the President was highly valued during the meeting. Human rights organizations expressed hope that the Azerbaijani President would support functioning of the Task Group in the future.
There was taken a decision to continue functioning of the Task Group, which consists of nineteen state representatives and NGOs organizations in the next year too.
