The index of the search of the accused and missing persons has increased from 58 to 60.4 percent in Azerbaijan this year compared to the same period last year, head of the Interior Ministry's Criminal Investigation Department Emin Shekinsky said at the board meeting of MIA, the Interior Ministry told Trend.
He noted that the total number of missed person decreased by 2.2 percent, wanted - 7.8 percent.
"Some 1740 wanted persons weredetained, 166 individuals wanted by law enforcement agencies of the CIS were identified," Shekinskyadded.
