Prosecutor demands 6-year term for body-guard of Surat Husseynov

The Azerbaijani Court on Hard Crimes continued consideration of the case of Fuzuli Husseynov, the former body-guard of Surat Husseynov, on Wednesday. Rafig Jafarov, the Public Prosecutor demanded 6-year term for him, Trend reports.

Jafarov proved guilty of F.Husseynov accused of illegal bearing of arm on item 279.1 of the Criminal Code.

During military service in Baku in 1992 F.Husseynov was given 3-day holiday. He met with S.Husseynov over these days and started to work for him as body-guard. He illgelay bore arm (AKSU submachine and Makarov gun) and was a member of the armed group led by S.Husseynov. After exposure of the group in 1994 F.Husseynov fled to Russia.

The sentence will be publicized on Thursday.
