Zarbaliyeva / The Azerbaijani Interior Ministry has reported that Rizvan Talibov, the chairman of the Public Union for Repatriation to Western Azerbaijan and the chairman of the Committee on Protection of the Former Health Minister's Rights Protection, has been detained.
Talibov has been accused of beating up his neighbour. The criminal investigation is underway in the Sumgayit Police Department.
Ehsan Zahidov, the spokesman of the Press Service at the Interior Ministry, has reported that Talibov's neighbour has lodged a complaint against the chairman. He has accused Talibov of hooliganism.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted with respect to Talibov at the Sumgayit Police Department.
