Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr.Z.Safarov / Azerbaijani national boxer team will attend the European championship among youth, which will start in Sombor, Serbia, on 6 July.
The National Federation reported that the team included Elgun Ahmadov (48kg), Shahriyar Tagiyev (54kg), Famil Suleymanov (60kg), Hajiaga Salakhov (64kg), Orkhan Salmanov (69kg), Khafiz Iskandarov (75kg) and Asim Iskandarov (81kg).The team will fight in several weight categories.
The athletes, who won the European Championship among youth and have experience in similar competitions, became the backbone of the team.
