Azerbaijani Khazar Inshaat company continues to build a high-rise residential building in Baku city near the Memar Ajami metro station in accordance with schedule, a source in the company told Trend.
“Over 30 percent of the construction of a high-rise residential building has been completed,” the source said.
“The company is constructing a 15-story building,” the source said. “The construction of the third floor of the building has been completed. The price of one square meter in the building is 1,300 manat ($764,705). Construction work is planned to be completed in December 2020.”
Presently, the company is building the residential areas in Baku, as well as in the Azerbaijani districts.
Khazar Inshaat company has been operating in Azerbaijan since 2003.
The company is part of the Kristal Absheron group of companies.
