( FOX News )- Riskmetrics Group Inc. said late Thursday that it priced its initial public offering at $17.50 a share. The sale of 14 million shares in the risk-management and corporate-governance consultant will raise at least $245 million. The underwriters, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and Banc of America Securities, have the option to buy up to 2.1 million extra shares at the IPO price, Riskmetrics said. The stock is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Friday, under the symbol 'RMG,' the company added.
