Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev took part at the opening of the "Intertabako " LTd, a tobacco processing plant in Zagatala today, AzerTaj state news agency reported.
Cheered by the staff of plant, the head of state got acquainted with the enterprise with 2 ha of areas, annual production capacity of which is 3300-3600 tons. The plant employs 75 people. In the coming years, the figure is to reach 100.
The production parameters give reason to tell that the plant will be a competitive enterprise to export its production both to internal and external markets.
The President set in motion the plant to allow to quickly developing this branch of agriculture. The enterprise will have a worthy place in the tobacco industry of country.
The head of state reviewed the newly produced tobacco, congratulated the staff and wished success.
