Turkey will offer 14 state-run sugar plants for sale, Turkish media said on Feb. 20.
A tender will be announced until the end of this week to sell all 14 sugar plants, the media said.
No details regarding the reason for the decision and price of the plants were disclosed.
In 2017, 25 sugar plants were operating in Turkey, the largest being located in Ankara and Tokat province in the northern Turkey.
