State Commission Created to Regulate Debts Azerbaijani IDPs Inhabited in Buildings of Kurort JSC

Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend I.Khalilova / According to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan, a State Commission has been created to regulate the debts emerged due to the expenditures of the internally displaced persons (IDPs) who have inhabited in the sanatoriums of Kurort JSC of the Confederation of the Trade Unions of Azerbaijan. The State Commission will be headed by the Deputy Finance Minister of Azerbaijan, Azer Bayramov. The tasks of the Commission include defining the real amount of the debts. The Commission will prepare and submit concrete proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers to regulate the debts.

As per 31 August 2006 the tax debts of the State Commission for Work with Refugees and IDPs to Kurort and State budget had amounted to AZN 38053900.

For the reported period, Kurort also had the same amount of the debts to the State budget. Of them, AZN 33645400 appeared as key tax debts, AZN 4408500 as interests. Taking into consideration that the amount of the debts is same, according to the decision of the State body, their mutual debts have been settled.
