Azerbaijan, Baku, 10 April / Trend / The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan has announced an international tender on developing the conception of project Oil Museum in Baku, SOCAR said on 10 April.
The Museum will be located in Sabail district of Baku in the reclamated area of 45 ha, belonging to the oil producing company Bibiheybat under Azneft PA.
The candidates wishing to take part in the tender are required to present their projects on confined and open areas of museum. The gallery, cinema hall for multiplex, children's museum and internet cafe, souvenir shops, meeting halls, research center, library, and the central archive of SOCAR will be located in open area. The building of museum will be located in closed area.
High quality and state of art constructions will be used for the construction of museum. The candidates are required to present only one project each.
The foreign and domestic legal entities and physical persons with a relevant experience may take part in the tender either as a group or separately.
The candidates can present their documents and applications until 23 May 2008 and their tender proposals until 30 May 2008. The tender results will be summed up on 2 June 2008.
