Neftegazdepozit LLC and Neftegazmineral LLC oil and gas companies in Uzbekistan have been put up for sale at the auction, Trend reports referring to e-auksion.uz.
The state share in the amount of 100 percent in the enterprises of Neftegazdepozit LLC and Neftegazmineral LLC is put up for sale in two lots at the auction.
It is noted that the bidding will be held to increase from the starting price of 11.3 billion ($1 million) and 7.9 billion soums ($753,095), respectively.
As of January 1, 2020 the net profit of Neftegazdepozit LLC amounted to 296.6 million soums ($28,274). At the same time, the enterprise owes 1.57 billion soums ($149,665), which exceeds the enterprise's accounts payable by about six times.
At the same time, the net profit of Neftegazmineral LLC as of January 1, 2020 amounted to 4.4 billion soums ($419,445). However, the debt to the enterprise amounts to 4.5 billion soums ($428,978), while the enterprise itself owes 10.8 billion soums ($1 million). In addition, the depreciation of fixed assets of the enterprise, including both material and moral depreciation of assets, is estimated as high - at the level of 61 percent.
