The Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan has announced a tender to create a navigation portal, call-center modules and update computer programs.
The tender is held in three lots:
Lot 1 - Creation of a navigation portal (culturemap.az) based on geographic information systems and navigation map;
Lot 2 - Creation, improvement and updating of computer programs, information databases and systems;
Lot 3 - Creation, improvement and updating of modules, programs and information base of the Call Center 147.
The tender participation fees for each lot are 160, 85 and 75 manats, respectively.
Those willing to participate in the tender should send tender proposals with a 1 percent bank guarantee until 17:00 (GMT +4), March 19, 2019.
The bids will be opened at 14:00 on March 27, 2019.
