Azneft Production Union of Azerbaijan's State Oil Company SOCAR has announced a tender to purchase lubricants.
The tender participation fee is 590 manats.
Those willing to participate in the tender must submit applications before 17:30 on May 9, 2019, and tender offers until 12:00 on May 16, 2019.
Opening of tender packages will be held at 12:00 on May 16.
