BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 18. The State Development Bank of Turkmenistan has opened a tender for the design, installation and commissioning of a drip irrigation system for watering seedlings located on 200 hectares of land in the "Altyn Asyr" association of the Turkmen Ak Bugdai district of the Akhal region.
