Turkmenistan has approved the procedure of state registration and a single state register of projects and programs of free technical, financial and humanitarian aid, as well as grants, an official Turkmen source said today.
The decision was taken at a government meeting.
The document was adopted within Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov's order.
According to it, the State Commission will be established to coordinate and control the activity in the field.
The measures were taken to improve the activity of the single special system database. The matter rests in the collaboration of international organizations, financial institutions, foreign companies and foundations, public associations and religious organizations, physical entities with Turkmen ministries and departments, public associations, religious groups and organizations, as well as other legal and physical entities.
