The price of bread has risen in Yerevan and nearby cities in the past three days due to an increase of tariffs on gas and electricity, Armenia Today newspaper reported citing the "Haykakan Zhamanak" newspaper.
According to the newspaper, the prices have risen by 10-20 dram on average, in particular, the price of bread has risen by 10 dram.
The newspaper notes that the price hike is being observed in not all shops, however, an overall price hike is expected soon, the workers of a number of grocery stores told the newspaper, stressing that, almost all products has gone up.
