The negotiations of the leaders of the 'Norman Quartet' (Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany) on Ukraine have been completed, RIA Novosti reported.
Following the meeting that lasted for more than half a day in Minsk, presidents of Russia, France, Ukraine and German chancellor are expected to sign a document on resolving the conflict in Donbass.
A source close to the negotiations said that the 'Norman Quartet' has achieved great progress.
The source added that 80 percent of the final document has already been agreed. After signing the mentioned document consisting of over 10 items by the summit participants, it will be sent to the contact group.
