(www.for-ua.com) - Secretariat Chief of Staff Viktor Baloha is paying a working visit to Moscow today to prepare Victor Yushchenko's visit to the Russian capital, president's press office reproted.
He is to meet with Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Grigoriy Karasin, Secretary of the Security Council Igor Ivanov and Kremlin Chief of Staff Sergey Sobyanin.
The parties are expected to speak about a 2007-2008 Ukraine-Russia action plan, a strategic partnership declaration and a memorandum on gas cooperation, reports Trend.
