Azerbaijani IT-company SINAM is preparing to participate in a tender on automation of document circulation of the Central Bank of Kyrgyzstan, the company told Trend.
The company intends to offer a solution that was previously integrated in the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA). The project, implemented by the SINAM Company in the CBA, consisted of several stages.
The company has introduced an electronic statistical database and analytical reporting system. Reporting system was built, which included the possibility of building various graphical forms, as well as integration with the FinA system and email archiving system and its management previously used in the bank. This made it possible to optimally use the disk space and manage archival data.
In addition, application that allows to control the banking and non-banking credit organizations was implemented within the framework of the project. This decision made it possible to automatically update documents which passed the document management system inside the bank, as well as input and analysis of all the information necessary for control. The CBA also introduced a system of project management and electronic document circulation system with the possibility of scanning and recognition of incoming documents.
