An Israeli delegation headed by former Israeli Foreign Minister and leader of "Our Home Israel" party Avigdor Lieberman arrived in Baku Oct. 30, the Secki-2015.az website reported.
The delegation will observe the parliamentary election to be held Nov. 1.
The delegation also includes former Minister Sofa Landwehr, Israeli MP Konstantin Razbozov, former Israeli ambassador to the US, prominent politician Michael Oren.
The Israeli delegation will hold a press conference Nov. 2.
