Statements of the Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry’s advisor, a member of the “Pora” organization Sergey Evtushenko in regard to the possibility of the “orange revolution” in Azerbaijan is not logical, the deputy executive secretary of the New Azerbaijan Party (NAP), a political scientist Mubariz Gurbanli told Trend.

He noted, what the “orange revolution” gave to Ukraine, he wishes also to Azerbaijan? “The government resigned, the country is on the verge of confrontation and instability. The most sorrowful thing is that the processes which Evtushenko wishes to Azerbaijan are supported by the local opposition”.

Commenting on the words of the Ukraina’s Verhonaya Rada deputy Nikolay Katerinchuk, that “the political situation in Azerbaijan is the exact copy of the pre-election races in Ukraine”, Gurbanli noted, no other utterance can be expected from the person, invited by the Musavat party.

Another deputy executive secretary of NAP Bahar Muradova said, “There will be no and never revolution in Azerbaijan, as there are no conditions and reasons for that. Illogical ideas of Evtushenko may be logical and principal only for the opposition”.

The “New Policy” block co-founder Eldar Namazov noted, the revolution in CIS countries is unavoidable in case of unfair and non-free elections. В"In case the elections in Azerbaijan are falsified the ideas of Evtushenko may come true”.

A political analyst Rasim Musabekov thinks, that Evtushenko is not able to express such ideas, as he is not familiar with the situation in Azerbaijan. В"His ideas in this regard do not look ungrounded. What else can the guest of Azerbaijan say after he faced such negative attitude to himself?В".
