Turkmenistan's state budget-2016 is being worked out, the Turkmen finance ministry said May 27.
The order and timing of working out the reports and information, required for the country's main financial document, by the ministries, sectoral departments and regional administration have been determined.
The draft state budget will be submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan till November 1, 2015.
The projects on the main directions of Turkmenistan's socio-economic development and an investment program-2016 will be also submitted by this time.
Turkmenistan's state budget-2015 was approved by the Majlis (Parliament). Its revenues will hit 102.801 billion manat and expenditures - 106.201 billion manat.
The official rate of to $1 has remained at 3.50 Turkmen manat since January 2015.
Turkmenistan holds one of the key positions in the region on the natural gas supplies. Russia, China and Iran are gas importers.
The revenue part of the budget of the country is mainly formed due to such sectors of the industry as oil and gas, chemical, electric power industry, construction.
