Changes have been made in the composition of Azerbaijan's Alfa Insurance company, as a result of which Alihuseyn Gasimov was appointed the deputy chairman of the company's board.
In addition, Zahir Salahov, company's finance director has become a member of the management board, according to the company's website.
Previously, these positions were vacant.
Currently, the company's management board consists of three people: Alihuseyn Gasimov, Zahir Salahov and the head Jamal Aliyev.
Moreover, the staff of the company's Audit Commission has been changed. Sidgi Babayev replaced Shargiya Allahverdiyeva as a member of the Commission.
Currently, Ramin Seyidov, Farid Rajabov and Sidgi Babayev are the members of the Audit Commission.
Alfa Insurance was founded by Bank Technique and started to operate in 1997.
