Ministry of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan announces investment tenders (auctions) on the sale of state property at 10 a.m. September 24, 2014 at the address: 156 Archabil Shayoly St., Ashgabat.
The list of auctioned objects includes: sewing and knitting factories, ore mill, tanneries, meat and dairy production enterprises and others.
Turkmen citizens, citizens of foreign states and non-state legal entities of Turkmenistan and legal persons of foreign countries that have applied in the prescribed form, made a lien and a special fee, and registered to participate in the investment competitions within the deadline are allowed to participate in the investment tenders.
Receipt of applications and registration is implemented by the Ministry of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan and ends two calendar days prior to the start of the investment competitions.
Advices on the procedure of participation in an investment tender and provision of additional information about the objects of privatization are carried out by the Office of property relations and business support of the Ministry of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan and by specialized departments of property relations and business support department of economy and development of provinces (regions) and the city of Ashgabat.
All bidders have an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the objects of privatization.
