Tajik Permanent Representative to the OSCE, the UN and other International Organizations in Vienna (Austria) took part in a meeting with EU Special Representative for Central Asia, Patricia Flor, the Tajik media reported today.
Flor said that this is her first visit to Vienna as the EU Special Representative for Central Asia.
During the visit, the sides discussed the issues of cooperation among the European Union, the OSCE and the Central Asian countries.
EU Special Representative said that it is important for the European Union to expand the cooperation with Central Asia, especially in security,.
The participants of the meeting also discussed the implementation of the current EU strategy in Central Asia and the development of a new strategy in 2014.
