Russia's ambassador in Ankara Andrey Karlov was called to the Turkey's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Haber 7 reported.
The cause is a violation by the Russian Air Force Turkish airspace for the second time.
Turkey issued a statement which says that if Russia will continue this attitude, it will be responsible for undesirable consequences.
