Azerbaijani athletes have already achieved great success at the Baku 2015 European Games past competitions, said Simon Clegg, the Baku 2015 chief operating officer.
He made the remarks on June 14 at a press conference in Baku.
Clegg added that the spectator interest to the past competitions was very high, as over 90 percent of the seats were full, he said.
Recalling that all the tickets for the Baku 2015 opening ceremony were sold out, Clegg said he expects that the closing ceremony's tickets will also be sold out.
Clegg expressed satisfaction with the ticket sales policy.
He also noted the great satisfaction with the work of the transport system, saying that the drivers of shuttle buses and special taxis have been given clear instructions and they follow them.
The European Games that kicked off in Baku June 12, will last till June 28.
There is a total of 20 sports at Baku 2015: 16 Olympic sports and four non-Olympic sports. More than 6,000 athletes from across Europe will be representing their nations over 17 days of competition.
