Azerbaijan has fantastically prepared for the first European Games, Angelo Schirinzi, the coach of the Swiss beach soccer team, told Trend.
"Everything is great here," he said. "The whole country is being involved in these games."
He said that Baku made a great impression on him.
"Azerbaijan is an interesting country," he said. "After returning home, I will recommend my friends to visit Azerbaijan."
Schirinzi hopes that he will be able to visit Azerbaijan once again.
"All opportunities available in Azerbaijan today prove that the country will be able to hold the Olympic Games," he said.
The European Games kicked off in Baku June 12 and will last till June 28. There is a total of 20 sports at Baku 2015: 16 Olympic sports and four non-Olympic sports.
More than 6,000 athletes from across Europe came to Baku to represent their nations over 17 days of competition. Baku was awarded the games by the European Olympic Committees (EOC) in December 2012.
