Way of Azerbaijan political movement will rally in Izmir city, Turkey, on Saturday as part of the world protest action Karabakh at 15.00 [local hours], the movement told Trend.
In the action to be staged in Konjak St. the Turkish representatives of Way of Azerbaijan, local community, organizations of the Azerbaijani Diaspora and students from Azerbaijan will demand from the international organization the recognition of the Khojaly genocide and occupation of Karabakh by
Armenia.
Representatives of Way of Azerbaijan conveyed to Anti-fascist society Hiverang photos depicting the tragic scenes of Khojaly genocide. They told the political movement that a few years ago the society received photos from Armenians on the Armenian genocide in Karabakh. By this way Armenians for the next time showed their essence on distortion of facts.
An action and ceremony to commemorate the innocent victims of the Khojaly tragedy was held in front of NATO headquarters in Brussels on Friday (24 Feb).
