Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend S.Ilhamgizi / The delegation of the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan (CEC) headed by the CEC Chairman, Mazahir Panahov, will observe the parliamentary elections in Russia on 2 December, said the Head of CEC International Relations Department, Rovzat Gasimov, on 23 November.
According to him, Azerbaijani delegation will observe the elections at the invitation of the Chairman of the Russian CEC, Vladimir Chuvalov.
The Azerbaijani delegation comprising five people will stay in Russia between 30 November and 4 December.
