The Minister of Economy of Iran, seid Shamseddin Huseyni, said that the economic situation created in the country is in tension, and for its improvement it is necessary to implement the requirements of the article 44 of the Constitution, Iranian IRNA news agency reports.
Huseyni said at the meeting being held in Iran's region of Khorasan Razavii on 25 October that the Islamic Republic possesses sufficient labor force and rich natural resources, but unfortunately, these reserves are used at low level, and it is necessary to pursue accurate policy to increase this level.
He mentioned the need for economic reforms
in the country.
According to the article 44 of the Constitution of Iran, the State enterprises
should be privatized in order to develop the country economically and increase
the national economic competition.
