On Oct. 8, Azerbaijani President, Ilham Aliyev left for Chisinau to attend the meeting of the Council of the CIS countries' heads, AzerTaj state news agency reported.
The Azerbaijani leader was seen off at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport by Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Head-off-staff of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, Ramiz Mehdiyev and Head of the Baku City Administration, Hajibala Abutalibov.
