Azerbaijani Embassy to Georgia holds children's competition with Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Upon the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the Azerbaijani Embassy to Georgia held a fourth children's drawing competition for Azerbaijani schoolchildren in Georgia to celebrate the Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis.

Upon the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the Azerbaijani Embassy to Georgia held a fourth children's drawing competition for Azerbaijani schoolchildren in Georgia to celebrate the Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis.

The jury was headed by famous Georgian artist, Tbilisi Arts Academy Rector, Professor Gia Bugadze. An awards ceremony will be held today at the Vernissage exhibition salon. A representative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation will attend.  

Pupils from 24 Azerbaijani schools in Georgia participated in the competition. They made 368 children's drawings. Awards will be presented to 16 pupils and five schools. The main award is a new television set.

Ambassadors and other diplomatic corps representatives, government officials, media outlets, and schoolchildren have been invited to attend the awards ceremony.
