Gibraltar Court recognized a businessman Joseph Kay's (Joseph Kakalashvili) rights on the assets of Georgian billionaire Badri Patarkatsishvili. He died last year and his widow Inna Gudavadze is contesting the process, a lawyer Giorgi Jokhadze said today
"The court recognized Joseph Kay as full-right business-partner of Badri Patarkatsishvili," Jokhadze said
The family said that Key falsified signatures of Patarkatsishvili. The process is underway in the several world courts
