International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) organizes an art exhibition within the PACE autumn session in the main building of the Assembly 4 to 8 October, the representative of Azerbaijan in TURKSOY Elchin Gafarli tolf Trend.
The exhibition is organized within the Year of Intercultural Dialogue - 2010 and aims to acquaint the world with the Turkish culture.
The exhibition, held in within the PACE session, demonstrates selected artworks by painters from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Bulgaria, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Tyva, Altai, the Sakha (Yakutia), Khakassia, the autonomy of Gagauz Yeri, Crimean Autonomous Republic and other countries and regions.
