Baku's executive power has responded to the appeal of the so-called Public Chamber in connection with the rally-procession, scheduled for April 22.
The letter said that the rally is planned to be held in the area of driving courses, located on the 20-th land plot in Bibiheybat settlement from 16.00 to 18.00, member of the Organizing Committee for the "Musavat" party's congress Tofig Yagublu told Trend today.
