Iran's ambassador Mohsen Pak Ayeen sent a message to Azerbaijani people in connection with Novruz holiday. In his message, he said that Novruz holiday is the common cultural heritage of Iranian and Azerbaijani people. Friends, family members and communities celebrate this holiday together.
Pak Ayeen said that Novruz holiday has been celebrated by peoples of these countries for many years. The rich customs, rituals and festivities are represented in harmony with nature. Pak Ayeen said that this day brings people with common culture and religion together.
"On these first days of spring, I would like to pray for the success, good wishes and prosperity of people and government of Azerbaijan and hope this year will be the year of consolidation of fraternal ties between Islamic republic of Iran and Azerbaijan", the ambassador said.
