The Russian observer at the OSCE mission Igor Borisov blames the Organization for the attempts to breakdown the electoral process and corruptness during the elections in Azerbaijan. He said in the statement during the news conference in Moscow that “ the OSCE mission in Azerbaijan acted not quite fairly and played not quite appropriately”, Trend reports citing RIA Novosti.

Borisov disseminated the excerpt from the contract, which had been offered for signing
to all mission members, in which “disclosure of information, obtained by observers during the elections monitoring” is banned. According to Borisov, “OSCE was getting ready in advance for the search of violations in the electoral process in Azerbaijan”. “Thus, the attempts to shatter the political situation in Azerbaijan took place. We were told in advance, how bad everything in Azerbaijan is”, the observer said.

He also added, that the results published during the news conference on Monday by the head of the OSCE mission on the results of the elections ” had the effect of the exploded bomb even for the OSCE representatives, as they included data on the violations, the information of which was not available” "There is an impression, that everything had been prepared in advance”, Borisov said.
