The main reason for the raise of the prices of the agricultural goods in Azerbaijan isnt only false obstacles, but also the problems in their delivery, the minister of economic development of Azerbaijan Heydar Babayev told journalists, Trend reports.
According to Babayev, the state should intervene in the settlement of these problems. On July 17, a meeting was held in the Cabinet of Minister of Azerbaijan under the chairmanship of the head of the Presidents office Ramiz Mehdiyev in connection with the raise of the prices for the agricultural goods.
It is offered to hold agricultural fairs to decrease the prices. According to Arif Valiyev, the head of the State Statistics Committee, with the decision of the government on realization of fairs on a permanent base, a special result will be achieved.
The government is going to ensure that the prices in the fairs will be less than the market prices.
