The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulation letter to the President of Bolivar Republic of Venezuela, Hugo Rafael ChГЎvez FrГas on his reelection, Trend reports.
The State Head of Azerbaijan voiced his confidence in his letter that the bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Venezuela will develop in a friendly manner and co-operation in accordance with the common interests. The State Head expressed his hope for the future development of the bilateral relations.
