Russia, Moscow /corr Trend R.Agayev / On 27 March the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva left for Moscow to attend ceremonial celebration of 80th birthday of the world renowned musician and public figure, outstanding Bakuian, Mstislav Rostropovich.
Trend Correspondent has been informed at the Azerbaijani embassy in Russia that at Vnukovo airport the head of state was welcomed by the Azerbaijani Minister for Culture and Tourism, Abulfaz Garayev, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia, Polad Bulbuloglu, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Azerbaijan to France, Tarik Aliyev, the Head of the 4th Department of CIS Council of Foreign Ministers, Andrey Kelin and other senior officials.
