Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr A. Ismaylova / The Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan reported on 26 April that the exact time for consultations on security issues with the United States would be publicized soon.
The decision was made due to elimination of the misunderstanding. The United States confirmed its principal position on support of sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, including Nagorno-Karabakh and 7 nearby regions.
On 26 April the State Department of the United States restored the initial text of the report on the state of human rights in Armenia. "The Armenian forces keep the most part of the contiguous to Nagorno-Karabakh territory of Azerbaijan under control" was substituted by " Armenia still keeps Nagorno-Karabakh and 7 nearby regions of Azerbaijan under occupation."
