The Ukrainian Justice Ministry has registered the World Azerbaijanis Congress (WAC) in the country, WAC told Trend .
On May 16 in 2009, representation of the Congress in Ukraine held a conference and Mohlat Yolchuyev was elected a chairman of the WAC Ukrainian office.
World Azerbaijanis Congress was founded in the United States in 1997. The organization aims to fight for the rights of the world Azerbaijanis and for the independence of South Azerbaijan. The WAC President from the Northern Azerbaijan is Sabir Rustamkhanli, from the South - Firuddin Parvizniya.
