Members of the National Preventive Mechanism against torture and other cruel, anti-human or degrading treatment or punishment under the Ombudsman's office, visited remand prison No 3 and correctional prison No 15.
According to the information of the press-service of the Ombudsman's office, the aim is to monitor the conditions of detention of convicted and accused people and consideration of appeals submitted to the Ombudsman's office.
Prisoners told representatives of the ombudsman that they were satisfied with the conditions of detention.
Some prisoners expressed their dissatisfaction with the investigation or the court sentence.
