Azerbaijan, Pakistan to sign an agreement on co-op in tourism

Azerbaijan and Pakistan will sign an agreement on cooperation in tourism. The draft agreement was submitted to the Pakistani government for consideration, the Azerbaijani Youth, Sports and Tourism Ministry told Trend.

The draft agreement includes Azerbaijan’s proposals on attraction of investment in tourism, projects on establishment of joint enterprises, organization of tourist trips to historical places of Azerbaijan and Pakistan, foundation of tourist information centers in the cities of the both countries.

The document will be unified and signed till late 2005, the Ministry said. Besides, the sides plan to hold business-forum on tourism to present tourist potential of the countries. The countries will also organize exhibitions within the forum.
