The World community learns more and more about the tragic moments in Azerbaijani history due to the efforts of the Azerbaijani government, Azerbaijani National Politics state advisor, Hidayet Orujev told Trend.
Arrangements are taking place annually to commemorate the Genocide Day- 31 March and Hojali tragedy anniversary -26 February, by the decree of the Azerbaijani president, he said.
Geography of events dedicated to the tragic pages of our history is expanding. A large number of arrangements is dedicated each year to this issue both in the country and abroad with the help of our diplomatic missions, Orujev said.
He called the 1918 events as the most tragic in the humankind history. Armenian nationalists have murdered dozens of thousands of peaceful Azerbaijanis in March 1918.
