A court hearing of the Caucasus Muslims Management (CMM) against the State Committee for work with the religious groups took place in the Sabail district court on April 4. Judge, Ilham Agayev was leading the trial, the CMM representative, Mukhtar Mustafayev told Trend.
He stated that bailiff has provided some documents. One of them is a recently published State committee bulletin. In this bulletin The State Committee mentions itself that CMM opinion is important for the activity of the religious organizations. The document was condemned. Though, the plaintiff `s attorney has stated that the bulletin can not be considered as a normative document as it wasnt registered by the Justice Ministry, Mustafayev told.
Reminding that the reason of appeal violation of the existing laws and building of Sheikh Zahid shrine without the CMM consent in Lenkoran. The process will end on April 21.
