All Azerbaijani pilgrims who left for Hadj are in the territory of Saudi Arabia, Trend reports with reference to Caucasus Muslim Department (CMD). The final airplane with the Azerbaijani pilgrims left for Saudi Arabia on December 24. According to the representative of CMD, the Azerbaijani pilgrims who went to Hadj via land ways are currently in Medina. In several days they will arrive to Mecca. The pilgrims who have chosen the airway are already in Mecca.
It should be mentioned that this year, 4,500 Azeri citizens will visit Hadj. 700 places have been allocated for the tourism companies having license to organize pilgrimage tours.
